Yes, Symphony can associate agent names with recordings through the use of CTI integration. CTI integration is available for a wide range of TDM and VoIP PBX systems.

Yes. The Symphony system contains a powerful feature called Symmetry which enables metadata to be exported from and imported to the Symphony database to a wide range of third party database venders such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and MySQL. This allows you to display information about call recordings against customers in your CRM database and conversely to display information about customers against call information in Symphony Personal Assistant. Symmetry also provides the ability to automatically export recordings as wave files to an external file location.
